【Why don't you???】 Why Don't You... Value Your Experiences?

Why don't you?
Why Don't You... Value Your Experiences?
You can read this post in English Here

Why don't you value your experiences?
What is society going to look like from here on out?
It's written in some book that as the IT industry continues to grow we'll no longer need lawyers, accountants or even doctors.
What about the labor force?
Even in Japan most businesses are outsourcing their labor to countries with cheaper wages. If you can get the same quality for a cheaper price, then not doing so would be foolish.
In other words, no matter what you study and learn, no matter what skills you polish, there's a possibility that in the near future robots, machines and labor in developing countries will take your place.
In that kind of future, what kind of value can you produce?
If you live your life like a machine, that's actually quite dangerous...because a machine will always work better than you do.
If you decide to be quiet in response to what's said to you from above, I think those kinds of jobs are the ones that will disappear first... because a machine will be even better than you at staying quiet.
But if you're too blunt, no matter what skills you have you'll be surpassed by machines in time.
There's only one thing that a machine can't do: "work with love".
Because of that, sushi made by a worker with experience will always be a hundred times better than sushi made by a machine.
If we ended up in that kind of world, how would we choose? (In a sense, all of you were chosen. You're working somewhere, aren't you? If so, then someone chose you because you could do something.)
It's simple but it's also fascinating isn't it?
So what's "fascinating?" It's something is outstanding. We wouldn't call something normal "fascinating", right? Fascinating is being more beautiful than others, having a wonderful smile, being smart or knowing how to have fun.
There are all kinds of people, but there are two types of people in particular that I think are attractive: people who are passionate about only one thing (who are crippled in a way) and people who have experiences more colorful than a rainbow.
The former are usually geniuses in one area of expertise, which would be good if everyone could be like that but that's difficult.
But anyone can be the latter.
We have to realize the importance of experience. Experience is not a superficial skill you perform in the office. It's life. It's knowing many things through living. It's knowing many values, knowing different scenery and while looking at the world with the same eyes, developing your own philosophy.
You see, I'm not very interested in stars who live lives that are smooth sailing. Rather, I'm interested in people who experience a sort of yin and yang in their lives, positive and negative, such as being a homeless person hit by strong winds and rain, as well as being a celebrity socialite. These are just examples, but if you can experience both extremes and see various regions the depth of your life will surely increase.
So stop saving up, which at your level is just a waste, and explore yourself (what if you let yourself experience?)
Don't be content with such a narrow world view like playing the game of "I'm doing this and that" or "I start working with a company and it's quite profitable."
See more, experience new values, become more colorful!
Why don't you burn your boring savings and job titles and set out a journey to color your experiences?
