人生は１つのストーリーよ
ありきたりなストーリーを平穏に生きる人もいれば
ドラマティックで波瀾万丈なストーリーになってしまう物語もある
夢のようなストーリーだってもちろんある

前者のストーリーを望んでる人にあてて書いている文章ではないの
自分だけのストーリーを創りたいと思いはじめた人に、提案しているのよ

ビジネスのストーリーを創ったのは経営者で、
あなたは演者なわけ
だから仕事においては、あなたは創造主が望むように演じる
これは、当たり前のことよね
あなたより、より上手に演じられる人がいたら創造主はそちらを選ぶでしょうし、
完璧に役を演じられない（手を抜いている、文句ばっかり言ってる）人は
そのストーリーには必要ないわよね。
文句ばっかり言ってる人、分かった？

ただ、演者にも役を選ぶ権利はあるわ
リクナビとかマイナビはある意味キャラクターロールよね
あなたが何を演じたいか選ぶストーリー＆配役リストみたいなもの
まあだいたいの人は、大学生の時に流れで選んじゃってるんだろうけど
（自分が何を演じたいか、どのストーリーが好きかなんてはっきりわかってる
人間の方が少ないからね。この星は）
まぁ、配役ミスは日常茶飯事だわね。
だからあなたはそれを演じることが嫌なんでしょうし。
この世界の洗脳は、じゃあ何なら完璧に演じられるのかなんて悩む時間を与えてくれないわ。（会社を辞める前に次を決めておけっていう洗脳ね）
あげくは向いていないのに「石の上にも３年」ってよくわからない諺で諭してくるお年寄りもいるわね。仙人になりたいのなら賛成だけど、向いていない役のスキルを３年で身につけても無駄だと思うわよ。
（みんながそういうから、従っておこうって無意識のうちに思ってたでしょ？）
３年って演劇なら超ロングランよ。それだけ、
ロングランができるのはこれ以上に役を演じきれる人はいないっていう役者だけよね
今の役が大好きで、一生演じ続けたいっていう人は
本当にそれでいいのよ
一発でその役に出会えたならラッキーだわ
ただ、中途半端に演じていて、シナリオにケチつけてるくらいなら
役を変えた方がいいんじゃない
ぴったりな役が見つかるまで、探しなさいよ
（日本の社会がそれを許してないって？大丈夫よ。あんたに魅力さえあれば、どのライターも役につけたがるわよ）
演じることが向いていないっていう人は、
ルブタンみたいにストーリーを自分で創っちゃえばいいのよ

嫌々なロングラン公演はやめて、役を変えてみたらどう？

"Because I was born?"
"No matter how much you think about it, nothing will change?"
So, what do you think the point of your life is then?
"To have a family?"
"There are hard times, but sometimes there are fun times too".
This is what I think:
Life is a story
Some people live peaceful, conventional stories and some stories have dramatic ups and downs. Of course, there are also those with dream-like stories.
As I already said at the beginning of the "Why don't you..?" series, it's not aimed at people who wish their lives were like the ones I've described above. It's for the people who want to create their own story.
As footwear magician Christian Louboutin said:

What takes up most of the time in your life?
It's probably work, isn't it?
It doesn't have to be work though.
Travel, love, raising children, being creative... it can be anything, because it's YOUR story.
We all want to live freely, but people who think that reasons like "money", or "reality" are barriers are never going to live in a fairy tale.
This is how it is for most people. Let's say that your job is the main thing in your life. Do you see that you're just playing a role in a scene that someone else has already written?
The people who write the story in business are the managers and you're a performer, so when you're at work you should make things go the way they want them to. That's obvious isn't it?
People who can act better than you will be chosen by the author; people who can't play the role perfectly (who are lazy, always complaining) aren't necessary to the story.
People who are always complaining, you got that?
You're doing it wrong.
The performers also have a right to choose their roles. Job search sites are, in a sense, places where you can choose character roles. It's like a list of stories and cast, from which you need to choose what you want to act out.
I suppose most people just choose whatever goes with the flow when they're students (there are very few people in this world who know exactly what role they want to play, what story they want).
Oh well, I suppose casting mistakes are a common occurrence, so that's why you probably won't enjoy your role. We're brainwashed, so we don't have time to worry about if we're going to be able to play our roles perfectly (brainwashed into believing that you need to know where you're going before leaving your job).
If things aren't going anywhere, older people who don't understand often quote us the old saying "sit on a rock for three years" (patience is a virtue). Maybe that's true if you want to become a hermit, but otherwise I think it's a waste to carry on developing skills in a role that's not going where you want it to. (You just went with it because everyone said you should, right?)
Three years is a really long run for a performance. I don't think there's anyone who could stay in a role for that long and still just be acting.
People who really enjoy what they do, who want to carry on doing it for their entire lives, that's really good. You're lucky if you find your dream role straight away.
But if your heart's not in it, if you're picking at all the little things, then you should probably change your role. Keep looking for your dream job until you find it. (Japanese society won't let you? It's alright. If you are attractive enough, there will be many writers who will want to give you a roll.
For those that can't just act it out, like Louboutin you can create your own story. You become the storytellers.
The world is full of colors, so why not stop the reluctant performance and change your role?
